If a student withdraws from all classes at CCC prior to the Return to Title IV Freeze Date for Spring, the enrollment status for the R2T4 calculation will be the student’s enrollment status on the date of withdrawal. If a student withdraws between today (the Return to Title IV Freeze Date for Spring) and the last day of the spring semester, the enrollment status used for the R2T4 calculation will be the student’s enrollment status as of the Return to Title IV Freeze Date for spring.
